The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
DAMAGED ORDERS
We will gladly replace a damaged item at no extra charge. Please note all claims for a damaged item must be made within 48 hours of delivery, we will not issue a replacement for claims made after the 48 hours window.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
