2) How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding the Holiday Season) from our New Jersey shop using UPS OR USPS. The shipping time usually varies from 1-4 business days.

5) Can I change the text on any of the designs?

Absolutely, we can change the text on any of our designs according to your specifications.

6) Wholesale availability.

We buy our products in big quantities to offer you the best price and quality in the market, therefore we have a corporate pricing available for bulk orders, please send us an email at for more information on wholesale pricing.

7) Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is placed it goes straight to the warehouse to be engraved, therefore we can't accept cancellations for an order you've already placed.

8) Can I change my shipping address?

We can make changes to your shipping address if you contact us before we ship your order, however we can't change the shipping address on orders that have already left our shop. Buyers are responsible for any fees such as returns, incorrect or insufficient addresses.

9) Can I see a picture of my finished product?

Unfortunately we are not able to provide pictures of finished items.
