HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding the Holiday Season.) Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We'll do our best to ship your order as soon as possible, however if we experience a high volume of orders your shipment may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay on your order one of our customer service representatives will contact you by email or telephone.
Orders are shipped from our shop in New York using UPS and USPS to make sure your items are deliver on time, shipping usually takes anywhere from 1-4 business days depending on your location, (in addition to processing time.) Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking and shipping information.
HI, AK, PR, VI and PO BOXES
Orders shipped to PO Boxes, HI, AK, PR, VI, may incur in additional shipping costs, we may send you an email regarding additional payment.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
We can make changes to your shipping address if you contact us before we ship your order, however we can't change the shipping address on orders that have already left our shop. Buyers are responsible for any fees such as returns, incorrect or insufficient addresses.
